The Novelle

I’m usually pretty awful with the ‘about me’ sections of the world, so I will attempt to relieve your needs for knowledge the best I can; but instead of the usual ASL lark, I will give you a few fact about myself. (Does anyone even know what ASL means anymore?)

I go through phases of everything – films, TV, video games, and even reading sometimes. After a long period without reading due to school pressures, I finally started up again and I actually initially thought, and so did my family, that this would be another one of my phases. I have however proved them wrong and I haven’t stopped; it’s turned into a kind of obsession now.

I have an unhealthy obsession with cover designs; I’d like to say a lot of the books I buy, I largely buy because of the amazing cover. This obsession has come from my love of art and design – I’ve always loved to be creative but tend to shy away from getting anything done because I am a ridiculous perfectionist.

I have what I like to call a mini OCD; whenever I plan to do anything productive I have to tidy my room before I can concentrate. This is quite ironic really, as I’m generally a very messy person, so this means that I am tidying my room a lot. I also always like the idea of having a clear out, but when i’m half way through with half of my drawers strewn all over the place, I decide it’s not such a good idea anymore.

I don’t like bananas that smell like bananas (go figure)
